BEHIND THE SCENES: aDVOCATING FOR PARKINSON'S AWARENESS

In 2001 Mick was diagnosed with Young Onset Parkinson's Disease. Since then Mick has been an advocate for Parkinson's Disease Research and wellness programs for families and individuals whose lives have been impacted by the cognitive and physical changes associated with Parkinson's Disease. He has been a keynote speaker and a featured musical artist at numerous Parkinson's fund raising events across the country for organizations such as the Michael J Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research, The APDA, The NPF, Shake Rattle & Roll, The Davis Phinney Foundation, Power Over Parkinson's, LSVT, PWR!, Baehr Challenge, and more.
